The TC Industries Test Center provides materials testing services in support of the Mill Products Division and the Processed Steel Company.
Our Goal is...To please the customer with a timely response to all testing needs that are fulfilled by accurate test results of the highest integrity.
The TC Industries Test Center is accredited by the American Society for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). Accreditation is formal recognition of competence to perform specific types of tests and maintain a quality system that conforms to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025. Maintaining our accreditation is an ongoing process through regular onsite inspections by accredited, highly knowledgeable, independent A2LA assessors. The scope of our accreditation includes Tensile Testing, Charpy Impact Testing, Rockwell and superficial hardness testing, Brinell hardness testing, and metallographic preparation. Details can be found in our Scope of Accreditation..
Our services include, but are not limited to: mechanical testing, (tensile testing, charpy impact testing, hardness testing), visual inspection (metallographic analysis, nondestructive testing), UT inspection and metallurgical investigation. Our services are conditionally available for commercial testing.
